  Left messages 3 times with their receptionist - 4th time 'lucky' I get to speak to the boss who says
  "yes, got your message but didn't phone back because it's not really a job we want to do".
  
  I say "it's not very professional to say you'll call back and then not bother though".
  The boss man hangs up - says it all really.
